GSTR

GSTR is a hand-built ceramic element designed to function as a modular wall sculpture within the CLSTR system.

A GSTR is a hand-built ceramic wall element in dark or ivory stoneware, glazed and fired to 1240°C. Each piece weighs between 30 and 200 grams and is formed by hand gestures.

Every GSTR carries visible traces of the hand. Edges remain deliberate imperfect. Texture, shape and proportion vary from piece to piece. They are released in controlled batches, but no two are identical.

Each element is stamped, individually numbered from 00001 to 10000, scanned and recorded in the CLSTR archive.

A GSTR is the smallest unit within the CLSTR system. Installed individually, in patches, or expanded into large-scale fields, it allows walls to evolve over time.

The CLSTR series is capped at a maximum of 10,000 elements. The final number may be lower.
