The Art of Letting Go
2024 - recent — the collection that led into the current baroque/rococo sculptural direction, building on the glaze experimentation started in Buttercup and the Teddies.

I draw my inspiration from haute couture, ikebana, and the raw, wild nature of Cantal, with its rugged landscapes and volcanic rocks. I love the rich and exuberant forms of Baroque and Rococo, which I reinvent with spontaneity. I seek a balance between the raw power of nature and the elegance of the past, between refinement and freedom, between control and letting go.
My work is entirely handcrafted using the coil technique, deliberately leaving the traces of my movements visible. I actively experiment by creating my own glazes, fascinated by the unpredictable results of fire and the chemical reactions of firing.
